Family homes
The southern wing of the mill building has been converted into family homes. Two large luxurious and bright apartments (99 m2 and 81 m2) with separate entrances from the courtyard gallery are inhabited by the owners and are furnished to meet all the needs of 21st century living. They have also built an office here (15 m2).
From the apartment of one of the owners you go down a spiral staircase to the studio on the ground floor, a creative space (50 m2), the three rooms of which are used as a ceramic studio and space for workshops. From one of these rooms there is access to a private walled garden.
