Horse riding school

Together with the mill, the owners sell the adjacent newly built indoor riding school and other facilities for stabling and breeding horses, located about 100 meters from the mill. They built it a few years ago and give riding lessons to children and adults from the neighbourhood and organize dressage and jumping competitions. In addition to their own land, they lease another 8 hectares of adjacent pastures. This option will also continue to exist for the new owners.

In consultation, the entire equestrian centre can be taken over, including horses, machines and clients. There is also a local manager/instructor available who would like to run the riding school for the new owners if they do not feel the need to do so themselves.
